In late April, 2016, I visited our new contract manufacturer for the first time, Hunter Amenities International, Ltd.

Headquartered in Burlington Ontario (just outside Toronto), Hunter is a $100m, 400-employee company with manufacturing and sales offices all over the world.  They are a world leader in making “hotel amenity” sized shampoos, conditioners, mouthwashes, and a host of other personal care products.

Normally Hunter works with very big brands and large production runs.  For example, here is one of their tube filling machines running at 16,000 tubes per hour:

They have robots that pack everything in boxes, and the filling operations (which were running our products on one of the lines) were in full swing when we were visiting:

I must say that Hunter has “upped our game”
